Forgotten Member IDs and Passwords

What if I've forgotten my password?

Don't worry if you've forgotten your password. As long as you've got access to your registered e-mail address, you'll be logged-in again within a few minutes

  1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link. (You'll find it in the log-in box at the top right of every page; and in the pop-out authentication screen when you take an action which requires you to log-in.)
  2. In the first box, enter your Member ID, or your e-mail address, or the number from your Pink-Pound Membership card. Then click the Submit button. If you entered one of those pieces of information correctly, you'll be sent a mail with a link to reset your password.
  3. Click the link in the e-mail when you receive it. You'll be brought back to the Pink-Pound web site, shown your Member ID and asked to enter a new password (twice). Then you're up and running again!

What if I've even forgotten my Member ID?

Follow the same instructions as above... you can enter your registered e-mail address or the number from your Membership card instead of your Member ID.

What if I've changed my e-mail address and lost my password?

In that case it will a few days to solve, because there's a significant security issue to overcome. Follow these instructions:

  1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link. (You'll find it in the log-in box at the top right of every page; and in the pop-out authentication screen when you take an action which requires you to log-in.)
  2. In the bottom table on the page, enter all the information requested: your Member ID, the number from your Membership card, your date of birth, and your new e-mail address.
  3. Two things will then happen: An e-mail will be sent to your old account, warning that an attempt has been made to change your Pink-Pound password and e-mail address, and a Pink-Pound admin will review the application. You may receive a phone call if you have provided a landline phone number.
  4. After 24-hours, if the Admin approves and there has been no complaint from the existing address, an e-mail may be sent to your new address allowing you to change your password. But if the Admin can find no corroborating evidence, you may receive an e-mail to your new address asking you to phone Pink-Pound.
