How to Report Abuse

Reporting Abuse

www.Pink-Pound.co.uk is a community, and such rules as exist to keep Members (including Members with Business Listings) and their data safe.

What is Abuse?

"Abuse" means breaking the law of England and Wales, or breaking any rules set out in the Member or Business Terms and Conditions, which are linked in the footer of every page.

How do I report Abuse?

Some functions have their own system to report abuse:

  • Businesses who experience abusive testimonials have a button to report the abuse
  • Businesses who receive abusive messages have a button to report the abuse
  • Members and non-Members who see abuse of rules in business listing can use the abuse link at the bottom of the right-hand column of the offending listing
  • E-mails which break www.Pink-Pound.co.uk rules should be forwarded according to the instructions given in the footer of the e-mail.

Who decides what Abuse is and what is the penalty?

Members or Listing Businesses who are responsible for abuse may face suspension or permanent suspension, at the sole discretion of Pink-Pound Admin.

Members who believe there is a valid objection to their suspension can make a case via the Feedback page.
